Sharjah World Championship Week: In line with the directive towards promoting sports tourism in the UAE, the SCTDA organizes an annual event called “Sharjah World Championship Week” under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council which is one of the world’s most important and exciting sports events.
